2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by LogoMax, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Once an order is confirmed, changes may be subject to additional charges or delays.

• Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the product and decoration method.
• Custom orders require artwork approval before production begins.
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current workload.

3. Artwork & Design

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork and designs submitted do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. LogoMax, Inc. is not liable for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.

• Artwork should be submitted in high-resolution vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) when possible.
• Design services are available for an additional fee if needed.
• A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote unless otherwise specified.

• Payment terms will be established at the time of order placement.
• A deposit may be required for certain orders.
• Balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Shipping & Delivery

LogoMax, Inc. offers various shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on order size, weight, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after production.
• Rush shipping is available for an additional fee.
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

• Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of the order.
• Please contact us with photos of any defective items for evaluation.
• Replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion for verified defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LogoMax, Inc. website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LogoMax, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

LogoMax, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products or services in question.
